Hi, I'm Julia Alvarez Miller! 

I am an 11 year old 6th grader at Howard Middle School in Orlando, Florida.

 

I was 6 years old when I first appeared on stage in a Central Florida Community Arts production of the Nutcracker and I've been hooked on performing ever since!  

 

I've been in about a dozen shows since.

 

I also recently ventured into screen work with a production for Advent Health.  I've always felt really comfortable in front of the camera as both my parents have worked in broadcasting for 20 plus years.  I was a baby hanging out in TV stations and sitting on my mom's anchor desk.

I loved the bright lights from the start!

 

What I love most of all, though, is a challenge!

From fresh choreography to new scripts, I love learning new techniques and all the lessons that come with each new show and role.

 

One of the best compliments I've received was when a director told my mom, "she's just so fun to watch!"  I loved hearing that because if I offer even half the fun I experience on stage, then I'm doing something right!

 

In my spare time, I enjoy swimming and going to the beach with my family and our dog, Charlie Taco.

I can't wait to continue growing as an actor, singer and dancer and I look forward to many more fun projects ahead!
